Cancellation Policy for Slay the Day, LLC services:

At Slay the Day, LLC, it is understanding that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and it may be necessary for clients to reschedule or cancel their life coaching sessions. To ensure the smooth operation of business and to provide the best possible service to all clients, an established 24-hour policy will be implemented:

1. Cancellation and Rescheduling:

   a. Clients are required to provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests.

   b. Notice of cancellation or rescheduling must be entered via Acuity.

   c. Failure to provide at least 24 hours' notice may result in the client being charged for the session in its entirety.

2. Late Cancellations:

   a. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session will be considered a late cancellation and will be charged for the session.

   b. Clients who repeatedly make late cancellations may be subject to be denied future service.

3. No-Shows:

   a. A "no-show" occurs when a client fails to attend a scheduled session without providing any prior notice.

   b. Clients who "no-show" for a session will be charged the full session fee.

   c. Repeated "no-shows" may result in termination of services.

  1. Exceptions:

   a. Each client is allowed one less than 24 hour cancellation without penalty due to unforeseen circumstances. 

   b. In the event of a cancellation, the session payment will be refunded to the original form of payment within 3-5 business days. Please note that refunds may take additional time to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

   c. This does not include a “no show” to scheduled session.

Life can be unpredictable, and Slay the Day, LLC strives to maintain a flexible approach to scheduling. However, this cancellation policy is in place to ensure that all clients receive the attention and commitment they deserve while allowing Slay the Day, LLC to efficiently maintain business.
